| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小儿缺氧缺血性脑病的CT和MR诊断价值;方法对1997～2006年诊治的86例小儿缺氧缺血性脑病病例进行分析,主要观察缺氧缺血性脑病的大小、形态、密度、部位;结果42例经CT平扫作出诊断,21例患者经CT诊断正常后经MR扫描确诊;结论MR能够更早地发现缺血缺氧性病灶的存在。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Methods From 1997 to 2006, 86 cases of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were scanned by CT. At the same time ,56 cases of them were scanned by MRI.The size, morphology, density and the position were studied.Results Forty-two cases of them were diagnosed by CT.21 cases CT findings were normal,but were diagnosed by MRI.Conclusion MRI can diagnose hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy at the early stage. |
