| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨7-二氟甲基金雀异黄素对PC12细胞氧化应激损伤的保护作用。方法:采用过氧化氢(H2O2)诱导PC12细胞氧化应激损伤的模型,MTT法检测细胞增殖活性,碘化丙啶(PI)染色流式细胞术(FCM)检测细胞凋亡,多功能生化分析仪测定培养液上清中的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性。结果:7-二氟甲基金雀异黄素能有效拮抗40.0μmol/L的H2O2孵育24h对PC12细胞增殖活性的抑制作用和对PC12细胞凋亡的诱导作用,并能减少40.0μmol/L的H2O2诱导的PC12细胞的LDH释放。结论:7-二氟甲基金雀异黄素对过氧化氢诱导PC12细胞的氧化应激损伤具有保护作用。 |
