合并便秘的老年心脏病患者心理状况调查

目的调查合并便秘的老年心脏病患者的心理状况。方法采用Zung焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表对45例合并便秘的老年心脏病息者（便秘组）及34例非便秘的老年心脏病患者（对照组）进行心理测评。结果两组患者焦虑自评量表标准总分均高于常模（P〈0.05），且便秘组患者焦虑自评量表标准总分明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；两组患者抑郁自评量表标准总分与常模比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05），但便秘组患者抑郁自评量表标准总分高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论合并便秘的老年心脏病患者存在明显的焦虑情绪，且与对照组相比抑郁情绪明显，护理人员应重视合并便秘的老年心脏病息者的焦虑及抑郁情绪，提供针对性的护理。

Study on the psychological status among elderly patients with heart diseases and constipation

Objective To investigate the psychological status among elderly patients with heart diseases and constipation.Methods Forty five elderly heart diseases patients with constipation and thirty four elderly heart diseases patients without constipation(control group) were recruited and investigated with Zung's Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Zung's Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS).Results The index scores of SAS in both two groups were higher than that of the normal(P<0.05),and it was significantly higher in patients with constipation than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the normal,there was no significant difference in index scores of SDS in both two groups(P>0.05),but it was significant higher in patients with constipation than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Among the elderly patients with heart diseases,the anxiety and depression are more prevalent in patients with constipation compared with patients without constipation.It is suggested to pay close attention to their anxiety and depression and take corresponding nursing measures.
