四川省慢病监测点18岁以上居民吸烟状况调查

目的了解四川省18岁以上居民吸烟情况,探讨控烟行动实施的重点方向。方法在四川省8个国家慢病监测点采用多阶段分层整群抽样,抽取18岁及以上在该地区居住6个月以上的居民,共调查4 847人。结果现在每天吸烟者占24.8%,现在不是每天吸烟者占3.1%,现在不吸烟者占72.1%,被动吸烟者女性占79.22%,被动吸烟率为50.1%,戒烟率为17.31%,成功戒烟率为2.35%。结论四川省对青少年的控烟教育是减少未来潜在吸烟者的关键,女性为被动吸烟的重点防治人群,通过多途径和多部门的合作,加大执行力度是降低四川省吸烟率的主要措施。

Investigation on Smoking Among Residents Over Age of 18 in Sichuan

Objective To understand the basic situation of smoking in Sichuan,and to explore the key direction of controlling smoking.Methods Multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method were adopted;residents over the age of 18 and living for more than 6 months in 8 monitoring points were investigated,with a total number of 4 847.Results The proportion were as following: daily smokers,24.8%;non-daily smokers,3.1%;non-smokers for the current time,72.1%;female passive smokers,79.22%;passive smoking rate,50.1%;the quit rate,17.31%;successful quit rate,2.35%.Conclusion The key point to reduce future smokers was tobacco control education for adolescents.The vulnerable population of passive smoking was women.
