| 摘 要： | 目的了解峨眉山市5岁以下儿童死亡原因及变化趋势,探讨相应对策。方法对2001-2011年5岁以下儿童死亡资料进行统计分析。结果 2001-2011年5岁以下儿童死亡率13.58‰,婴儿死亡率10.76‰,新生儿死亡率7.33‰。5岁以下儿童死亡率呈下降趋势,从2001年的27.79‰下降到2011年的10.98‰。死因顺位为肺炎、出生窒息、早产(低出生体重)、意外窒息、先天性心脏病。结论 2001-2011年峨眉山市5岁以下儿童、婴儿、新生儿死亡率均呈下降趋势。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the death cause of children under 5 in Emeishan city and explore pertinent measures.Methods A statistical analysis was performed towards death of children under 5 in Emeishan city during 2001-2011.Results During 2001-2011,the mortality was 13.58%,infant mortality 10.76% and neonatal mortality 7.33%.The mortality of children under 5 showed a decline trend,from 27.79% in 2001 to 10.98% in 2011.The causes of deaths in decline rank order included pneumonia,birth asphyxia,premature birth(low birth weight),accidental suffocation and congenital heart disease.Conclusion The mortality of children under 5,infant mortality and neonatal mortality all showed a decline trend from 2001 to 2011. |
