滇越金线兰对高脂饮食联合STZ诱导的大鼠血糖、血脂和肾功能的影响

摘    要:目的:研究滇越金线兰等剂量的总膏及其各极性部位对高脂饮食联合STZ诱导的大鼠模型血糖、血脂和肾功能的影响。方法:对滇越金线兰的总膏用不同极性的溶剂萃取,得到石油醚部位、乙酸乙酯部位、正丁醇部位和水部位。测定总膏和各极性部位对高脂饮食联合STZ诱导的模型大鼠给药后血浆的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、肌酐(CRE)和尿素氮(BUN)。肾脏切片,进行病理学检查。结果:滇越金线兰的乙酸乙酯部位(4 g/kg)可以显著降低模型大鼠的血糖、改善血脂代谢,减少肌酐和尿素氮。各给药部位对糖尿病并发的早期肾损害有改善作用。结论:乙酸乙酯部位为滇越金线兰降血糖、降血脂和改善糖尿病肾病并发症的主要活性部位。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of different fractions at the same dose from A.chapaensis on blood lipid and renal function in high lipid diet plus STZ induced diabetic rats.Methods: The total EtOH extract was suspended in distilled water and partitioned in sequence with petrol ether(PE),ethyl acetate(EtOAc),n-BuOH and H2O,thus yielding four fractions.Blood glucose,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),creatinine(CRE) and blood usea nitrogen(BUN) in rats’ plasma were assayed.Morphological examination of the kidneys were performed.Results: On the whole,the EtOAc fraction of A.chapaensis(4 g/kg) showed the best profile in reducing blood glucose,improving hyperlipidemic indexes and renal functions.Conclusion: The EtOAc fraction from A.chapaensis may be the active part of reducing blood lipid and improving renal function.
