| 摘 要： | 雷公藤所含萜类单体,如雷公藤甲素、雷公藤氯内酯醇、雷公藤内酯酮、南蛇藤素、扁蒴藤素具有独特的药理学作用,近年来国内外学者对上述五种萜类成分在炎症及免疫反应、神经系统、心血管系统、呼吸系统和肿瘤抑制等方面的药理学作用进行了广泛深入的研究。本研究对上述五种萜类成分的药理作用及分子机制进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f is a commonly used traditional Chinese herb.A variety of active constituents have been extracted from Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.Among the active constituents,celastrol,pristimerin,triptolide,tripchlorolide and triptonide possess various pharmacological effects on inflammatory and immune response,nervous system,cardiovascular system,respiratory system and cancer.This review provides a new overview of the pharmacological effects and molecular mechanisms of these five terpenoid. |
