南充市高坪区农村居民家庭自备药的现状调查

目的了解南充市高坪区农村居民对家庭自备药的储备情况、管理情况、购买行为和用药行为。方法采用简单随机抽样和整群抽样相结合的方法,对高坪区7个乡镇中506户农村家庭进行问卷调查。结果调查中仅43.3%的家庭备有家庭自备药;仅14.2%的备药家庭能用专门的药箱管理家庭自备药;88.8%的备药家庭备有感冒药;较多农村居民用药时存在随意停药、不按时吃药等习惯。结论农村居民在家庭自备药的管理和用药行为方面存在较多问题,需要加强农村家庭自备药品储备、管理、用药知识的宣传和教育。

Household Spare Drugs in Rural Areas of Gaoping District in Nanchong

Objective To investigate the reservation,management,purchasing behavior and usage behavior of household spare drugs among the rural residents in Gaoping district.Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted on 506 rural families who were sampled with simple random sampling and cluster sampling in 7 towns of Gaoping district.Results Only 43.3% of families had household spare drugs and 14.2% of the prepared medicine families use family medicine cabinet;88.8% of prepared medicine families stored drugs for cold & influenza.Many rural residents had the habits of stopping medication at will,taking medicine unpunctually and etc.Conclusion The rural residents currently had unhealthy habits in the management and usage of the drug.So it is of importance to strengthen the healthy education on aspects of storage,management and usage of household spare drugs.
