摘    要:目的 探讨三维多回波合并成像(3D-MEDIC)序列在腰骶丛神经成像中的应用价值.资料与方法 对10名健康志愿者及11名腰骶丛神经病变患者行常规序列、背景信号抑制扩散加权成像(DW BS)序列及3D-MEDIC序列扫描,DW BS及3D-MEDIC序列所得图像均行最大密度投影(MIP)、多平面重组(MPR)及曲面重组(CPR);结合原始图像及三维重建图像观察腰骶丛神经的显示情况.结果 DW BS和3D-MEDIC两种序列都能显示腰骶丛神经的形态和走行,但3D-MEDIC序列在显示腰骶丛神经的解剖结构细节及病变方面优于DW BS序列,并能对图像进行不同角度旋转观察.结论 3D-MEDIC序列能直观清晰地显示腰骶丛神经的走行,并能提供较为可靠的局部解剖信息,值得推广使用.

Abstract:Purpose To investigate the application of three-dimensional multiple echo data imaging combination(3D-MEDIC) sequence in imaging of lumbosacral plexus.Materials and Methods 10 volunteers and 11 patients with lumbosacral plexus lesions received conventional sequence,DW BS sequence and 3D-MEDIC sequence.The source images were post-processed by using maximum intensity projection(MIP),multi-planar reformation(MPR) and curved-planar reformation(CPR).The lumbosacral plexus were observed on the raw images and 3D images.Results Although both DW BS and 3D-MEDIC sequences could visualize lumbosacral plexus course,3D-MEDIC sequence was significantly superior to DW BS sequence in visualizing lumbosacral plexus anatomy structures and lesions.Conclusion 3D-MEDIC sequence can directly visualize the paths of lumbosacral plexus and provide more reliable information of lumbosacral plexus anatomy,thus it is worth to promote the use in clinical practice.
