痰热清注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效观察

目的:观察痰热清注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效。方法:将62例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在对照组基础上加用痰热清注射液,疗程均为14d,1天1次,每次20ml,重症患者可加至每次40ml。结果:治疗组与对照组有效率分别为93.5%和83.9%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:痰热清注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效确切。

Observation of the therapeutic effect of Tanreqing Injection on obstructive pulmonary emphysema

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of tanreqing injection,a traditional Chinese medicine in treating obstructive pulmonary emphysema. Methods: All 62 cases of obstructive pulmonary emphysema were divided randomly into treatment and control group evenly.The treatment group was treated with the same as the control group,but the treatment group was combined with tanreqing injectionalso,The course of treatment in both groups was 14 days. Results:The average dosage of tanreqing injection was 20ml/d,and the dosage could be added to 40ml/d for the severe cases,which in our trial was 20ml/d.The total therapeutic effective rates in treatment group and control group were 93.5% and 83.9%,repectively(P <0.05).The therapeutic effect in treatment group was superior to that of control group. Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of tanreqing injection in treatment of Obstructive Pulmonary Emphysema is certain.
