地特胰岛素临床药理研究

地特胰岛素是一种安全、有效的长效基础胰岛素类似物。与中效胰岛素及其他长效胰岛素相比,地特胰岛素具有吸收平稳、不出现峰值的特点。地特胰岛素低血糖事件、尤其是夜间低血糖的发生率最低,每日只需用药1次,即使与甘精胰岛素相比,也存在注射部位不良反应少,体质量增加少的优点,适用于1型及2型糖尿病患者的基础血糖控制。

The insulin detemir is a safe, effective and long - acting insulin analogue. Compared with Medium-acting insulin （NPH） and the other long-acting insulin,it has stable absorption without peak. It also has the lowest rate of hypoglycemia, especially the occurrence of nocturnal hypoglycemia. It only needs once medication per day. It also has advantages of fewer side effect on injection position, and lower weight gaining than that of insulin glargine. It is suitable to the basic blood sugar controlling of patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes.
