三种中期妊娠引产方法的探讨

目的:探讨依沙吖啶羊膜腔注射引产、冰水水囊引产和米非司酮配伍米索前列醇引产的临床效果。方法:本院1995年1月~2006年12月收治妊娠引产者378例,总结分析孕13~16周和孕17~27周妇女分别采用依沙吖啶羊膜腔注射引产、冰水水囊引产和米非司酮配伍米索前列醇药物引产的临床效果。结果:在孕13~16周者中,药物引产在引产时间上明显优于其它两种方法(P<0.05);产时出血量、胎盘胎膜残留差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。孕17~27周者,药物引产在引产时间上明显优于其它将两种方法(P<0.05),产时出血量水囊引产组优于其它两种方法(P<0.05),胎盘胎膜残留差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:药物引产时间短;水囊引产用于孕17~27周者产时出血量最少,适用于肝肾功能受损者。

Probe into Three Methods of Induction of Labor in the Midtrimester Pregnancy

Objective:To probe into the clinical effects of three methods of induction of labor. Methods: 378 pregnant women being at 13-16 weeks gestation and 17-27weeks gestation who required induction of labor from January 1995 to December 2006 were randomly divided into three groups which were group 1(intra-amniotic injecton of ethacridine ), group 2(icy water bag) and group 3(mefepristone with misoprostol). Results: In the cases of 13-16weeks gestation, the time of labor induction by drug was obviously shorter than the other two methods(P﹤0.05), however, intrapartum hemorrhage and retained placental tissue showed no significant difference(P﹥0.05). In the cases of 17-27weeks gestation, the time of labor induction by drug was obviously shorter than the other two methods(P﹤0.05), intrapartum hemorrhage in the icy water bag group was significantly smaller in amount than the other two methods (P﹤0.05), and retained placental tissue showed no significant difference(P﹥0.05). Conclusion: It shows shorter time for the labor induction by drug and smallest in intrapartum hemorrhage amount for the 17-27weeks gestation which fits to the condition of liver or renal function lesion.
