| 摘 要： | 目的：优化红景天的提取工艺。方法：运用正交设计法进行实验设计，用高效液相色谱法测定提取物中红景天苷的含量。结果：确认最佳提取方案为8倍量水，提取2h／次，提取3次。结论：用上述方法可以优化提取工艺。

| Abstract: | Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of Rhodiola Sacra. Methods: Designing the experiment by orthogonal design and determining the content of Salidroside in the extracts by HPLC. Results: The optimizing extraction method was confirmed, which is 8-fold water, 2 hours once time and 3 times. Conclusion: Extraction technology can be optimized by the above-mentioned methods. |
