摘    要:目的:建立中药配方颗粒夜交藤中添加化学药品的方法。方法:分别采用薄层色谱法、液相色谱法(HPLC-DAD)及薄层色谱联合质谱(TLC—MS)法对中药配方颗粒夜交藤颗粒中非法添加的化学药品进行检测。结果:薄层色谱联合质谱(TLC—MS)检测法可准确快速检出夜交藤配方颗粒添加地西泮成分。结论:方法简单、准确,可用于夜交藤配方颗粒添加地西泮的检出。

Abstract:Objective: To develop a determination method for the identification of diazepam added illegally in caulis polygoni multiflori dispensing granule. Method: The TLC, HPLC and TLC-MS method were used, for separating and detecting of diazepam in coulis polygoni multiflori dispensing granule. Result: The "TLC-MS" method could be detecte quickly the diazepam in caulis polygoni multiflori dispensing granules. Conclusion: The "TLC-MS" method is simple and accurate, it can be used for determination the diazepamin in coulis polygoni multiflori dispensing granule.
