| 摘 要： | 目的：建立中药配方颗粒夜交藤中添加化学药品的方法。方法：分别采用薄层色谱法、液相色谱法（HPLC-DAD）及薄层色谱联合质谱（TLC—MS）法对中药配方颗粒夜交藤颗粒中非法添加的化学药品进行检测。结果：薄层色谱联合质谱（TLC—MS）检测法可准确快速检出夜交藤配方颗粒添加地西泮成分。结论：方法简单、准确，可用于夜交藤配方颗粒添加地西泮的检出。

| Abstract: | Objective： To develop a determination method for the identification of diazepam added illegally in caulis polygoni multiflori dispensing granule. Method： The TLC, HPLC and TLC-MS method were used, for separating and detecting of diazepam in coulis polygoni multiflori dispensing granule. Result： The ＂TLC-MS＂ method could be detecte quickly the diazepam in caulis polygoni multiflori dispensing granules. Conclusion： The ＂TLC-MS＂ method is simple and accurate, it can be used for determination the diazepamin in coulis polygoni multiflori dispensing granule. |
