小儿急性白血病转铁蛋白受体和铁代谢状况的研究

检测19例ALL和7例AML外周血白血病细胞TfR位点数（TfR）、血清铁（SI）、总铁结合力（TIBC）、血清铁蛋白（SF）、血清转铁蛋白（Tf）和细胞内铁蛋白（CF），发现急性白血病病例SI变化不,SF、CF增加，Tf下降，TfR与SF、CF呈正相关，与Tf呈负相关。

STUDY ON THE TFR BINDING SITES AMD IRON METABOLISM OF ACVTE LEUKEMIA IN CHILDTEN

The Irom metsbolism state may be changed certainly because of the incrasing of the numbers of the TFR binding sites. Serum Iron (SI) | Total Iron Binding Capicity (TIBC ),Serum Ferritin(SF), Gellular Ferritin(GF) and serum transferrin (TF) on lg ALL cases, 7 AML cases and 10 normal controls were assayed. The contents of SI of ALL and AML were not significance difference wity the controls. The levels of SF and GF of AML and ALL groups were much higher than those of controls, all the contents of TF of two groups were lower than contents There was a positive relationship between TFR binding site number and GF and SF content, and a negative relationship between that and TF content.
