Prognostic analysis of cardiovascular diseases among workers with different labor intensity in Liuzhou City in 2014

Objective To analyze the influencing factors of cardiovascular disease prognosis among workers with different labor intensity in Liuzhou city.Methods 9541 patients with cardiovascular diseases in Liuzhou from January to December 2014 were selected as the research subjects,and multiple Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the effect of different labor intensity on the prognosis of cardiovascular disease.Results In 9541 patients with cardiovascular diseases,the sex ratio(male and female)was 1.5:1,with 1907 cases death,1803 cases healed,4844 cases improved and 987 cases.cured Mild,moderate and severe physical labor intensity were 6527 cases,326 cases,2688 cases.The multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that there were no significant difference in the prognosis of cardiovascular disease between male and female.While the prognosis of cardiovascular disease were different in different ethnic and labor intensity groups and initial case or not(P<0.05).Conclusion The ethnic,labor intensity and whether the initial case may be the factors influencing the prognosis of cardiovascular disease,the physical labor intensity is higher than a certain limit,the mortality of cardiovascular disease is high,and the cure rate is low,and certain labor intensity can prevent cardiovascular disease death.
