Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of highstrength glass ionomer non-invasive restoration and low-speed turbine restoration of deciduous caries in children. Methods 66 cases of deciduous caries children(a total of 128 caries) admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January2020 were selected, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was treated with low-speed turbine restoration, and the observation group was treated with highstrength glass ionomer non-invasive restoration treatment. The clinical efficacy, cooperation rate and tooth wear rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The cooperation rate of children in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The tooth severe wear rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The highstrength glass ionomer non-invasive restoration is effective in the treatment of deciduous caries, and the effect is better than that of low-speed turbine restoration, which can improve the cooperation rate and treatment effect of children, and reduce the wear of teeth.
