醒脾养儿颗粒联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗慢性腹泻患儿对其肠道微生态及免疫功能的影响

目的探究醒脾养儿颗粒联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗慢性腹泻患儿对其肠道微生态及免疫功能的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年4月本院收治的慢性腹泻患儿102例作为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同分为两组,各51例。对照组给予复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗,比较两组临床疗效、肠道微生态、免疫功能及病情恢复相关指标。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为96.08%,高于对照组的82.35%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组大肠杆菌指标水平低于对照组,双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CD4⁺、CD4⁺/CD8⁺均高于对照组,CD8⁺低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组退热时间、恢复进食时间、止泻时间、腹痛消失时间以及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论醒脾养儿颗粒联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗慢性腹泻患儿效果显著,可有效改善肠道微生态,提高机体免疫功能,利于后期病情康复,值得临床推广。

Effect of Xingpiyanger granule combined with compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablet on intestinal microecology and immune function in children with chronic diarrhea

Objective To explore the effects of Xingpiyanger granules combined with compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets on intestinal microecology and immune function in children with chronic diarrhea.Methods 102 cases children with chronic diarrhea admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to April 2021 were selected as study subjects,they were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound lactobacillus acidophilus treatment,the observation group was treated with Xingpiyanger granule on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy,intestinal microecology,immune function and disease recovery indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 96.08%,which was higher than 82.35%of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of Escherichia coli in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD4⁺and CD4⁺/CD8⁺index levels in observation group were higher than those in control group,and CD8⁺index levels was lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the antipyretic time,recovery time,diarrhea stopping time,disappearance time of abdominal pain and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingpiyanger granules combined with compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets have satisfactory clinical effects in the treatment of children with chronic diarrhea,which can effectively improve intestinal microecology,improve the immune function of the body,and benefit the recovery of the disease in the later period,it is worthy of promotion.
