路径式健康教育在血透患者护理中的应用

目的：探讨路径式健康教育在血液透析患者护理中的应用效果.方法：选择2011年5月至2012年5月期间在我科长期接受透析治疗患者120例,将120例患者随机分为实验组和对照组各60例,实验组采用路径式健康教育,对照组实施传统的随机式健康教育,对2组患者的健康教育效果及患者满意度进行比较.结果：实验组的健康教育效果明显优于对照组,且实验组患者满意度平均在96%以上.2组比较差异显著,有统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论：在血透优质护理工作中使用路径式健康教育对血透患者宣教效果优于传统随机式健康教育,可提高健康教育质量及患者满意度,进一步深化优质护理内涵,有利于护理质量的持续改进.

Application of clinical nursing pathway in health education for hemodialysis patients

Objective： Studying the application effect of using Clinical nursing path way in the health education among He- modialysis Patients. Method： 120 Hemodialysis cases from February 2011 to February 2012 were selected for the study. They were divided into control group and experimental group with 60 participants in each group respectively. The experi- mental group was treated with the clinical nursing path while the control group only received traditional educational meth- od. Result：After comparison on the application effect, experimental group~ health educational effect and patients＇satisfac- tory exceed the control group. And the average degree of satisfactory is above 96%. There was significant difference be- tween the groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Clinical nursing path in the health education among hemodialysis patients was better than the traditional method and could raise the health education quality and patients＇satisfaction, further deepening the connotation of better nursing and continually improving the nursing quality.
