CBL结合PBL教学法在超声科社区医师培训中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨CBL结合PBL教学法在超声科基地医师培训中的应用价值。方法58名基地医师分为两组,随机分配,29名为实验组,29名为对照组,分别采用CBL与PBL相结合的教学方式和传统教学方式,培训后通过笔试、面试及操作等考核对教学效果进行评价。结果实验组在超声专业知识、临床思维考核中成绩明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论·CBL结合PBL教学法优于普通教学法,是目前医学教育改革的趋势之一。

Application of case-based and problem-based learning in community ultrasound physician team

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application value of case-based and problem-based learning in community ultrasound physician team. Methods 58 cases were divided into 2 groups, the teaching method which combines PBL and CBL was applied in the experimental group; the LBL was applided in the control group. After the training through the written examination, interview and operation evaluation to evaluate the teaching effect. Results The experimental group in the ultrasound professional knowledge, clinical thinking assessment scores were significantly higher than control group(P〈O.05). Conclusion CBL combined with PBL teaching method is better than the ordinary teaching method, is one of the medical education reform trend.
