应用TOPSIS法综合评价医院医疗质量

目的综合评价某医院2003-2012年医疗工作质量，为医院管理部门制定决策提供科学依据。方法应用TOPSIS法对某院医疗质量数据进行同趋势化和归一化处理。结果医院医疗质量大体上呈逐年上升趋势，其中以2003年较差、2012年为最佳，评价结果与实际情况大致相符。结论利用TOPSIS法评价医院医疗质量，适用小样本资料，应用灵活、操作性强、结果量化准确，具有较高的实用价值。
