腹部数字X线摄影影像质量控制研讨

摘    要:目的探讨腹部计算机X线摄影(cR)与直接数字X线摄影(DR)影像质量。方法通过各种测试方法的设计,CR与DR影像结构测试点的比对以及统计学分析获取腹部脏器影像质量显示的评价依据。结果通过对cR与DR各测试点进行统计学分析,各结构P值均小于0.05,CR与DR测试点差异有统计学意义。结论数字X线摄影CR、DR应用于腹部常规摄影因其影像设备成像原理及方式的差异,所获得的影像质量、临床诊断信息量截然不同,DR明显优于CR。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the image quality of abdominal computed radiography (CR) and direct digital radiography (DDR). Methods To obtain the basis for evaluation of abdominal image quality by design of various test methods, comparison of imaging structure test points of both CR and DR, as well as statistical analysis. Results By statistical analyzing of different test points, the P value of structures were all less than 0.05, meanwhile, the difference of test points between CR and DR had statistical meaning. Conclusion Different imaging equipment has different imaging mode and principle, so when CR and DR are applied in abdominal routine photography, the acquired imaging quality and information for clinical diagnosis will be quite different, and DR will be significantly better than CR.
