| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨对癌性疼痛患者进行疼痛评估和护理干预,提高患者的生存质量.方法：以数字疼痛分级法（NRS）为标准,随机选择癌性疼痛患者60例,进行干预前和干预后比较,干预前采用以往的护理经验,针对疾病与症状进行常规护理;干预后在常规护理基础上进行系统的疼痛评估并给予针对性的疼痛护理干预措施.结果：对癌性疼痛患者进行疼痛评估和护理干预后,患者的疼痛程度明显低于自身对照前,生活质量高于自身对照前,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：对癌性疼痛患者进行疼痛评估并采取针对性的护理干预可有效的缓解癌性疼痛,提高患者生命质量.

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss about pain assessment and nursing interventions on patients with cancer pain. To im- prove patient＇s life quality. Methods：On the basis of numerical rating scale（NRS） ,60 patients with cancer pain were se- lect randomly. Before interventions, the rutine nursing care was given. After intervention, systematic pain assessment and targeted pain care interventions were given besides the rutine nursing care. Results： After pain assessment and nursing interventions on patients with cancer pain ,the patient＇s pain level was significantly lower, life quality was improved. The differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Pain assessment and targeted nursing interventions on patients with cancer pain can effectively relieve cancer pain and improve patients＇life quality. |
