赣南乌药中乌药醚内酯不同提取方法的比较研究

目的：比较赣南乌药中乌药醚内酯不同提取方法的优劣,确定从赣南乌药中提取乌药醚内酯的最佳提取方法.方法：分别采用浸渍提取法、渗漉提取法、回流提取法、超声波提取法及索氏提取法对赣南乌药进行提取,采用反向高效液相色谱法（RP-HPLC）测定提取液中乌药醚内酯的含量,以乌药醚内酯的含量为考察指标,优选出最佳提取方法.结果：不同提取方法所得赣南乌药提取液中乌药醚内酯含量不同,浸渍提取法为0.713 0 mg/g,渗漉提取法为0.923 0 mg/g,回流提取法为0.735 0 mg/g,超声波提取法为0.776 0 mg/g,索氏提取法为0.503 0 mg/g.结论：五种提取方法中,渗漉提取法效果最好,对设备和温度没有特殊要求,可低成本地进行工业化生产,是乌药中乌药醚内酯理想的提取方法.

Comparative Study on Extraction of Linderane from Gannan Linder Aggregata

Objective：To compare different methods for the of linderane in Gannan Linder Aggregata, and optimiz the best extraction method. Methods： Several extraction methods were used respectively, such as maceration method, percolation method, refluxing method, ultrasonic method and Soxhlet method, and the content of linderane were determined by RP - HPLC. The optimum extraction was investigated based on the content of linderane. Results ： The content of linderane var- ied from different extraction methods, 0. 713 0 mg/g for maceration method, 0. 923 0 mg/g for percolation method, 0. 735 0 mg/g for refluxing method, 0. 776 0 mg/g for ultrasonic method and 0.503 0 mg/g for Soxhlet method. Conclu- sion：The maceration method was the most favourable one, and the optimized method is simple, efficient and operable.
