| 摘 要： | 目的：研究白细胞介素８（ＩＬ－８）与银屑病真皮炎细胞聚集的关系，方法：使用免疫组化技术对银屑病进行ＩＬ－８及炎细胞定性测定，结果：发现真皮内炎细胞聚集处有ＩＬ－８的存在，炎细胞以Ｔ细胞为主，结论：ＩＬ－８一寻常型银屑病真皮内Ｔ细胞聚集有重要关系。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to understand the relation beteen IL-8 and the formation of inflamatory cells infitration in dermal. Methods: Immunohistochemical study was carried out for cytokines IL-8 in dermal from 8 patients with psoriasis Reswlts, Some inflamtory cell are found express positive, and inflamtory cells are mainly T cell in dermal. Conctusion: We think IL-8 play an important role in formation of T cell infiltration in psoriasis. |
