不同年级本科护生甲型H1N1流感认知现状调查

摘    要:目的了解不同年级本科护生甲型H1N1流感认知情况。方法运用自行设计甲型H1N1流感知识认知调查问卷对某高校护理专业1-4年级160名本科生进行调查。结果在认知层面,不同年级护生在病人与他人至少保持的距离、杀死猪肉中病毒的有效温度、预防甲型H1N1流感的有效药物、甲型H1N1流感潜伏期及使用正确打喷嚏方法5个方面,差异均具有显著性(均P〈0.05);在信念层面,不同年级在支援甲型H1N1流感灾区的意愿中,差异有高度显著性(P〈0.01);在行为层面,有感冒症状会及时就医上及避免去人群稠密区上差异均有显著性(均P〈0.05)。结论同年级在甲型H1N1流感相关知识认知、态度、行为方面存在差异,教育管理者需结合各年级护生的不同特点,制定出相应的教育策略。
