阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗女性精神分裂症对照研究

目的 探讨阿立哌唑与利墙酮治疗女性精神分裂症的疗效及不良反应。方法 将60例女性精神分裂症患者，随机平分为阿立哌唑组与利墙酮组，疗程8周，采用阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）及副反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和不良反应。结果 阿立哌唑组显效率为76．7％，利培酮组为73．3％，两组疗效相仿。阿立哌唑组的不良反应较利培酮组少，其中震颤、静坐不能、肌强直、体重增加和闭经／泌乳等发生率少于利墙酮组。结论 阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗女性精神分裂症的疗效相当，某些不良反应较利墙酮轻而少．有较好的服药依从性，更适合于女性精神分裂症的治疗。

Comparative study on Aripiprazole and Risperidone in treatment of female schizophrenia

Objective To study the efficacy and side-efficacy of Aripiprazole in treatment of temale schisopnrenia and to compare with Risperidone. Methods Sixty female schizophrenia patients who were diagnosed based on the Standard of CCMD-3 were randomly divided into two groups, and administrated Aripiprazole and Risperidone respectively for 8 weeks The clinical efficacy was evaluated by PANSS and side-effects by TESS, Results The clinical excellent efficacy reached 76.7% in group treated by Aripiprazole and 73.3% by Risperidone. There was no obvious difference in two groups. The group treated by Aripiprazole had less slde-effect as compared with Risperidone group. Among the side-effects, the rates of tremor, akathisia, rigidity, weight gain and amenorhea galactorrhea syndrome were lower in Aripiprazole group than Risperidone group. Conclusion Aripiprazole is equivalent to Risperidone in the treatment of female schizophrenia, while the rate of side-effects is low in the former. It has a good safety, tolerance and compliance.
