| 摘 要： | 本文总结了自发性气胸并发症52例。着重讨论了诊治体会。自发性气胸并发血气胸、慢性气胸、脓气胸、液气胸等经处理无效应在4周内开胸施术,病程太长肺功受损、费时费事。内科治疗气胸的复发率高达29.4％,开胸的手术指针应放宽。

| Abstract: | The paper summed up 52 cases with spontaneous pneumothorax andpointed out that the cases companying with pneumohemothorax,chronicpneumothorax,pneumoempyema or pneumohydrothorax without any effectsafter treatment should be operated on within four weeks because of thelong course of disease and the damage of liver function.The recurrencerate of the cases treated dy medicine accounted for 29.4%,thereforethe indications of surgery should be widened. |
