摘    要:目的了解医院感染肠球菌的临床分布及其对常用抗菌药物的耐药状况。方法用Vitek-32微生物鉴定和药敏分析系统对肠球菌进行鉴定和药敏试验,并以“WHONET5”软件对试验数据进行分析处理。结果318株肠球菌中,粪肠球菌占84.3%,屎肠球菌占11.9%,其他肠球菌占3.8%;肠球菌属在各类感染性标本中的分离率以呼吸道分泌物、尿液居多,分别占37.4%和27.0%,其对各种抗菌药物的耐药性存在明显差异,屎肠球菌的耐药率高于粪肠球菌,万古霉素耐药菌株占1.9%。结论肠球菌可引起临床各类感染,多重耐药肠球菌分离率及万古霉素敏感性降低菌株不断出现,应引起临床重视。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical distribution and resistance of enterococcusinfection, and provide the guideline for control and treatment enterococcus infection. Methods The enterocococus were identified with VITEK-32 automicrobiology system(AMS) and susceptibility tested. Laboratory data was analyzed by WHONET-5 statistic software. Results Among 318 Enterococcus, E.faecalis, E.faecium and other Enterococcus were 84.3%, 11.9% and 3.8% respectively. Among all infective specimens in the secretion of resperatory tract and urine the identification rate of enterococci were the highest, which were 37.4% and 27.0% respectively. E.faecium resistance to most antibiotics were higher than E.faecalis; VRE were 1.9%. Conclusion Enterococus can cause various infection, VIE, VILE and high drugresistance enterococcus were increasing frequently, it should be detected and treated carefully.
