养胃定痛汤治疗小儿功能性消化不良疗效观察

目的：观察养胃定痛汤治疗小儿功能性消化不良（FD）的临床疗效。方法：自拟中药养胃定痛汤治疗小儿FD（治疗组）56例，并与用促胃动力药吗丁啉治疗（对照组）50例进行疗效对比。结果：临床疗效，治疗组总有效率为98．21％，对照组78．00％，两组比较差异有显著性意义（P＜0．01）。治疗级对消除腹胀、腹痛，纠正厌食症状的时间均明显短于对照组（P＜0．01），其中以腹痛消失最明显。临床观察中未发现有明显的不良反应。结论：该方治疗小儿FD较单一胃动力药优越。

Therapeutic Evaluation of Yangwei Dingtong Decoction on Functional Dyspepsia in Children

Objective：To investigate the curative effect of Yangwei Dingtong (YWDT) decoction on functional dyspepsia (FD)in children. Methods：56 cases of FD were treated with YWDT decoction as treatment group,other 50 cases of FD with Domperidone Tablets as contrast group,then the curative effects between them were compared.Results：The efficacy of the treatment group was 98.21% while that of the contrast group was 78.00%,the difference between the two groups was obvious (P＜0.01).The time for relieving abdominal distension and stomachache,rectifying anorexia in treatment group was less than in contrast group (P＜0.01),and especially for stomachache disappearance.No obvious harmful reaction was found in clinic.Conclusion：To treat FD in children with YWDT decoction is superior to single dynamic drug for stomach.
