多西他赛化疗联合放疗治疗食管癌临床疗效分析

目的：研究多西他赛化疗联合放疗治疗食管癌的临床疗效.方法：选取80例接受非手术治疗的食管癌确诊病例,随机分为研究组和对照组各40例,研究组在常规放疗基础上给予多西他赛化疗,对照组仅行常规放疗.观察两组患者经两种不同的治疗方案治疗后临床指标变化情况.结果：研究组总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）,两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,研究组治疗后IL-6、IL-8、sMICA、CRP下降较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：多西他赛化疗联合放疗治疗食管癌疗效好,优于单纯放疗.

Clinical Analysis of the Efficacy of Docetaxel Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy in Esophageal Cancer

Objective： To study docetaxel chemotherapy and radiotherapy in esophageal cancer clinical efficacy. Methods： 80 cases of esophageal cancer cases diagnosed from January 2010 to June 2013 in our hospital to receive non surgical treatment in accordance with the principle of informed consent were randomly divided into study group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases） groups, study group received radiotherapy Dorsey on the basis of conventional docetaxel chemotherapy control group received only conventional ra diotherapy. Changes in clinical parameters were observed in patients after two different treatment regimens. Results： The study group than the control group after treatment efficacy, and the difference was statistically significant （P~0.05）, higher total effi ciency of the study group （P%0.05）. Adverse reaction rate between the two groups was not statistically significant （P~〉 0.05）. After the study group therapy IL-6, IL-8, sMICA, CRP was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statisti- cally significant （P~0.05）. Conclusion：The docetaxel chemotherapy and radiotherapy in esophageal cancer is good, better than ra- diotherapy alone.
