| Abstract: | Hyperuricemia is chronic metabolic disease caused by the purine metabolic disturbance or the uric acid excretion barrier It is closely related to the gout and the metabolic syndrome. This paper reviews the relative targets of hyperuricemia in order to provide theory evidence for the hyperuricemia therapy. |
