醒脑静治疗脑梗死合并高同型半胱氨酸血症34例临床疗效观察

目的：观察醒脑静注射液对脑梗死合并高同型半胱氨酸血症患者的临床疗效.方法：将64例脑梗死合并高同型半胱氨酸血症患者随机分为对照组30例和醒脑静注射液治疗组34例,对照组予以控制血压、血脂、血糖及抗血小板聚集等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方案的基础上加用醒脑静注射液治疗,疗程为7天,分别观察两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损程度评分及血浆同型半胱氨酸水平.结果：治疗组患者治疗后临床神经功能缺损程度及血浆同型半胱氨酸水平均较治疗前有所改善（P＜0.05）,改善程度优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论：醒脑静注射液能有效改善脑梗死合并高同型半胱氨酸血症患者的临床神经缺损程度及血浆同型半胱氨酸水平,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical Observation of 34 Cases with Cerebral Infarction and Hyperhomocysteinemia Treated By Xingnaojing

Objective. To observe the clinical efficacy of Xingnaojing Injection in patients with cerebral infarction and hyperhomocys- teinemia. Methods. Randomly dividing 64 patients with cerebral infarction and hyperhomocysteinemia in our hospital into the control group of 30 cases and Xingnaojing Injection treatment group of 34 cases. Control group treated with conventional therapy, including control blood pressure, blood lipids, blood glucose, anti-platelet aggregation and so on. Xingnaojing Injection treatment group on the basis of the control group treatment programs plus with the hospital preparation Fucong balsam treatment, course of 7 days. Neurological deficit scores and plasma homocysteine levels in the two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed. Results ： Xingnaojing Injection treatment group improved both clinical neurological deficit and plasma homocysteine level than before treatment（P〈0.05）, and the improvement greater than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conchlsion ： Xingnaojing Injection can effectively improve cerebral infarction and hyperhomocysteinemia in patients with clinical neurological deficit and plasma homocysteine levels.
