| 摘 要： | 目的：归纳总结环丙沙星注射剂的配伍禁忌。方法：收集2001年1月～2014年6月国内公开发表的关于环丙沙星配伍禁忌的文章，进行总结分析。结果：共有58种药物与环丙沙星注射剂存在配伍禁忌，配伍常出现变色、浑浊、产生沉淀等现象，溶液的pH值、温度、金属离子等会对环丙沙星溶液的稳定性产生影响。结论：环丙沙星注射剂与许多药物存在配伍禁忌，不应与其他药物配伍，临床使用时应选择生产厂家提供或规定的溶剂作溶媒，现配现用，尽量缩短在光线中暴露的时间。

| Abstract: | Objietive：To summarize the incompatibility of ciprofloxacin injection. Methods：The articles about incompatibility published during 2001～2013 were collected and analyzed. Results： There are 58 drugs existence incompatibility with ciprofloxacin injection. Discoloration, muddy and precipitation were the main appearance. The influencing factors of incompatibility were pH value,temperature and metal ion. Conclusions：Ciprofloxacin injection existence incompatibility with many drugs, so, it should not combined use with other drugs. This drug should be the solvent provide form manufacturers, and use as soon as dissolve. |
