针刀整体松解术配合运动疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效观察

目的：观察针刀整体松解术配合运动疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎（KOA）的临床疗效.方法：将64例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机均分为两组,治疗组应用针刀配合运动疗法,对照组应用电针配合运动疗法,治疗4周后,用膝关节关节疼痛积分（视觉模拟评分法、VAS）、膝关节骨性关节炎的严重性指数量表（Index of severity for osteoarthritis,ISOA）评估临床疗效.结果：两组患者治疗后关节疼痛、严重性指数均较治疗前有明显改善（P＜0.01）;治疗组止痛效果、严重性指数变化均优于对照组（P＜0.05）,治疗组临床治愈率高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论：针刀整体松解术配合运动疗法治疗和电针配合运动疗法治疗均可明显改善关节的活动功能,缓解疼痛,且针刀整体松解术组疗效更佳.

Overall Acupotomy-Relaxing Operation with Kinesitherapy Clinical Curative Effect for the Treatment of Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective： To observe the Overall Acupotomy-Relaxing Operation with Kinesitherapy clinical curative effect for the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis（KOA）. Methods：the treatment group adopted Overall Acupotomy-Relaxing Operation with Kinesitherapy; Control group use Electric acupuncture and Kinesitherapy, 4 weeks after treatment, selected the knee joint pain points （visual analogue scale method, VAS）, the seriousness of the knee joint osteoarthritis Index scale （Index of severity for osteoarthritis, ISOA） to evaluate the clinical curative effect. Results：the joint pain, severity index were significantly improved Compared with those before treatment （P〈0.01） ;The ameliorates of analgesic effect and the severity index in treatment group were better than control group （P〈0.05） ;The clinical cure rate in treatment group is higher than the control group （P〈0.05）, Conclusion：Both the Overall Acupotomy-Relaxing Operation with Kinesitherapy and Electric acupuncture with Kinesitherapy have obviously improved the function of the joint activities and remited the joint pain, but the curative effect of Acupotomy-Relaxing group is better than that of control group.
