去甲斑蝥素新型给药系统研究进展

去甲斑蝥素为斑蝥素的合成衍生物,是由我国首先合成的新型抗肿瘤药物,主要用于原发性肝癌、食管癌、胃癌等的治疗.去甲斑螯素临床应用时体内消除较快,且对泌尿系统毒性较大,用药剂量受到严格限制.因此,国内外研究者期望采用先进技术,制备去甲斑蝥素新的给药系统,以提高其靶向性,降低毒副作用及延长药效.对近年来去甲斑蝥素新型给药系统的研究进展进行综述.

Research Progress on New Drug Delivery System of Norcantharidin

Norcantharidin, a novel anti-tumor drug is first synthesized by China as cantharidin derivative. It is mainly used for liver cancer, esophageal cancer and gastric cancer. However, clinical application of norcantharidin is limited because of its quick eliminate and urinary system toxicity. So, the researchers at home and abroad bare been keen on the study of new drug delivery system of nor- cantharidin by drug design techniques, aim at improving the targeting, reducing the side effects and increasing the anticancer effect. In this paper,we reviewed the research progress on new drug delivery system of norcantharidin in recent years.
