尿通卡克乃其片治疗淋证-下焦湿热证（下尿路感染）临床研究

目的：以三金片为对照评价尿通卡克乃其片治疗淋证-下焦湿热证（下尿路感染）的有效性和安全性.方法：将入选病例分为两组,试验组和对照组患者分别用尿通卡克乃其片和三金片,疗程7天.结果：尿通卡克乃其片治疗下尿路感染有效率达99.69％,高于同类产品三金片（93.46％）.尿通卡克乃其片对淋证-下焦湿热证中医证候疗效,尿通卡克乃其片总有效率97.49％,明显高于三金片总有效率78.50％.结论：尿通卡克乃其片治疗淋证-下焦湿热证（下尿路感染）安全有效,临床试验中未出现不良事件,疗效明显优于同类产品三金片,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical Research of Niaotong Kakenaiqi Tablets on Acute Lower Urinary Troct Infection

Objective：Using sanjin tablets as control evaluation, the efficacy and safety of Niaotong kakenaiqi Tablets of treating stranguria-card （low urinary tract infection）was studied. Methods：The hierarchical block randomized, double-blind, double simu- lation, positive drug control, multi-center clinical trial. Selected cases can be divided into two groups. Experimental group 336 ca- ses, control group 112 cases, 14 cases were falled off,3 cases eliminated; Control group 2 cases were fall off,3 cases eliminated. Re- suits： Niaotong kakenaiqi Tablets is the treatment of lower urinary tract infection curative effect, efficient was 99.7 %, and 93.5 higher than similar products sanjin tablets. Niaotong kakenaiqi Tablets of tube syndrome and hardness of TCM symptoms curative effect, the effective rate was 97.5 %, significantly higher than the sanjin tablets effective rate was 78.50 %. Conclusion： The treat- ment Niaotong kakenaiqi tablets on stranguria-card （lower urinary tract infection） and hardness was safe and effective, no adverse events occurred in the clinical trials, curative effect was superior to similar products sanjin tablets, treatment has obvious advantages.
