“参苓白术散＂的慢性鼻窦炎术后应用研究

目的：观察参苓白术散对肺脾气虚型患者慢性鼻窦炎功能性鼻内镜术后的干预治疗效果，探讨分析中、西医综合治疗方案临床疗效的差异和中医药治疗本病的理论指导原则和药效学机制，为从黏膜免疫学角度阐释“培土生金法”理论提供依据。方法：将60例肺脾气虚型慢性鼻窦炎功能性鼻内镜术后患者随机分为两组，两组患者均为接受功能性鼻窦内窥镜手术，术后清除鼻内分泌物，控制感染及类固醇激素治疗；实验组术后第1天开始口服参苓白术散，拆除纱条后开始行鼻腔雾化吸入治疗。结果：术后8～12周，试验组各指标与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：培土生金法能有效控制慢性鼻窦炎功能性鼻内镜术后各项症状，缓解鼻腔黏膜水肿，加快黏膜上皮化。

＂Three Atractylodes Ginseng Powder＂ in the Application Research on Chronic Sinusitis Surgery

Objective：To observe the effect of method of reinforcing earth to generate metal treatment on chronic sinusitis endoscopic sinus surgery after the intervention, mechanism of difference analysis, the comprehensive treatment of Western medicine and TCM clinical efficacy in treating this disease theory guiding principle and effect, for from the mucosa immune to provide study perspective ＂of native gold law＂ the- ory. Methods：60 cases of chronic sinusitis after functional endoscopic sinus surgery were randomly divided into 2 groups, two groups of patients were underwent functional endoscopic sinus operation, remove the nasal secretions after operation, control infec- tion and steroid therapy; the experimental group after the first day of oral Shenling white powder, removal of gauze after starting na- sal inhalation therapy. Results： after 8 weeks to 12 weeks after operation, the index of test group had significant difference com- pared with the control group （P~0.05）. Conclusion： the method of reinforcing earth to generate metal can effectively control the symptoms of chronic sinusitis after functional endoscopic nasal, relieve edema of nasal mucosa, accelerate the mucous epithelium.
