腹部非胃肠术后序贯使用胃肠动力药临床观察

目的 观察使用胃肠动力药对腹部非胃肠手术后胃肠功能恢复，疼痛，补液，并发症等的影响。方法 １５５例随机分二组；试验组术后即给予胃复安静滴，早期进流质，服西沙必利或吗丁啉，３ｄ未排例给予便塞停；对照组仅行对症处理。结果 试验组术后恶心，呕吐，腹胀发生率低且程度轻，肛门排气恢复时间明显缩短，疼痛减轻，补液时间缩短，术后恢复快。结论腹部非胃肠道术后序贯使用胃肠动力药是一种安全，有效，经济的辅助治疗方法。

Clinical observation of sequential therapy with gastrointestinal motility-drug after nongastrointestinal abdominal surgery

Objective To observe the clinial effectiveness of sequential therapy with gastrointestinal motility drug after nongastrointestinal abdominal surgery.Methods A total of 155 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,the attempted and the controlled.Patients of the first group were received metoclopramide 10 mg twices a day by intravenous injection,contiuned two days just after operation,eated liquids as early as possible,and took cisapride or domperide in the meantime,once some didn't pass stool over three days,they should take Bisacodyl.In the controlled,patients who had vomitted over three times after surgery were received gastrointestial decompression.Results Compared with the controlled group,there were some distinctive feature in attempted one:1.The incidence of PONV reduced markedly and the degree of it subsided;2.the time recovering flatus shortened obviously;3.Patients were able to take food with a minimum of delay and the time of replenish fluid curtailled;4.The frequency of abdominal disteation abated dramaticly;5.The postoperative pain was relieved and pain killer was less taken;6.The complication of postoperation was dropped off. Conclusion It is a valuable supportive treatment to take sequentially gastrointestinal motility medicine after nongastrointestinal abdominal surgery. [
