| Abstract: | By investigating the attitudes towards work of the graduates from Pharmaceutical School at Guangdong Pharmaceutical University in 2004, the author aims to find out some solutions to the existent problems, bring up some reasonable instructions for students on looking for a job and improve their competency. The paper also puts forward some theoretical foundation and methods for increasing the students' employment ratio. |
