| Abstract: | In this therapy, Xiaguau (ST7) was deeply punctured with a needle warmed by burning moxa in 124 patients suffering from chronic rhinitis. It was found that 82 (66. 13%) cases were cured, 26 (20. 97 % ) cases were markedly improved, 12(9. 68 % )were improved and 4 (3. 23%) were unimproved with the total effective rate of 96.77%. Compared with acupuncture on points used fraditionally sach as Yingxiang (LI20), Yingtang (EX) and Heliao (Ll19) etc, this therapy is more effective and reliable. |
