| 摘 要： | 肌源性干细胞是成年动物或人肌肉组织中特有的多能干细胞,它可能参与多种组织的修复过程。通过对国内外近年来对肌源性干细胞及脊髓损伤与修复的相关文献进行研究,从肌源性干细胞的名称、其生物学特性、分化为神经细胞的潜能及修复脊髓损伤的可能性等方面进行综述,推测肌源性干细胞在脊髓损伤修复未来治疗中的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Muscle-derived stem cells, which are the specific multipotenfial stem cells in muscles of human and animals, which maybe take part in reparative process of many tissues. By investigating the related data about musle-derived stem cells and spinal repair and injury, this article reviews muscle-derived stem cells about its name, biological features, potential to differentiate into nerve cells and the possibility to repair spinal injury in order to suppose the application prospects of muscle-derived stem cells in repairing spinal injury in the future. |
