两种灌肠法治疗晚期癌症病人便秘的效果比较

目的探讨晚期癌症便秘病人安全有效的灌肠方法。方法将60例晚期癌症便秘病人随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组采用开塞露加生理盐水通便灌肠,对照组采用2g/L肥皂水通便灌肠,比较两组的灌肠效果和不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.3%,对照组为66.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=6.667,P〈0.01）。观察组出现腹痛、心率增快、血压升高等不良反应显著少于对照组（χ2=4.163~6.516,P〈0.05）。结论与肥皂水灌肠比较,开塞露加生理盐水灌肠治疗晚期癌症病人便秘效果更好,不良反应也更低。

A COMPARISON BETWEEN TWO ENEMAS FOR CONSTIPATION IN ADVANCE CANCER PATIENTS

Objective To investigate an effective and safe enema for constipation in patients with advance cancer. Methods Sixty terminal-cancer patients with constipation were evenly randomized to two groups：observation group and control group.Glycerol enema plus normal saline were used in the observation group for purgative enema,and those in the control group were given 2g/L soapsuds.The result was compared between the two groups with regard to the effect and adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate was 93.3%in the observation group and 66.7%in the control,the difference being significant（χ2=6. 667,P0.01）.The incidence of abdominal pain,increased heart rate and elevated blood pressure was dramatically lower in the observation group than that in the control（χ2=4.163-6.516,P0.05）. Conclusion As compared with soap-and-water enema,glycerol enema plus normal saline will get better efficacy and less adverse reactions for treating constipation in late-cancer patients.
