早期加压氧综合治疗重型颅脑损伤并发肝损伤的效果

目的探讨重型颅脑损伤并发肝损伤病人早期采用加压氧综合治疗的效果和安全性。方法选取我院近3年收治的126例重型颅脑损伤病人,分为加压氧组52例和对照组74例。两组均给予常规对症支持治疗,加压氧组在此基础上给予加压氧治疗。比较两组病人治疗前后的肝功能指标和加压氧治疗2个疗程后的格拉斯评分（GCS评分）。结果两组治疗前后肝功能各指标比较差异均有统计学意义（t=10.18-19.60,P〈0.05）;加压氧组病人治疗后的肝功能各项指标均显著低于对照组（t=12.61-16.83,P〈0.05）。两组治疗前后GCS评分比较差异均有统计学意义（t=46.678、36.199,P〈0.05）;加压氧组病人治疗后的GCS评分高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论加压氧综合治疗可以促进重型颅脑损伤病人的肝功能恢复。

EARLY COMBINED HYPERBARIC OXYGEN THERAPY FOR SEVERE CRANIOCEREBRAL INJURY COMPLICATING LIVER DAMAGE

Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of combined hyperbaric oxygen（HPO）treatment with routine therapy for patients with severe craniocerebral injury（SCI）complicating liver damage. Methods This study consisted of 126 patients with SCI treated in our hospital in the last three years,who were divided into HPO group（n=52）,and control group（n=74）.A routine supporting therapy was offered to both groups,and to the HPO group,HPO treatment was added.The parameters of liver function,before and after therapy,and GCS scores after two courses of treatment with HPO were compared between the two groups. Results The parameters of liver function,before and after treatment,between the two groups were statistically different（t=10.18-19.60,P〈0.05）,the each parameter of liver function in the HPO group was lower than that in the control（t=12.61-16.83,P〈0.05）.GCS scores of before and after therapy were different between the two groups（t=46.678,36.199;P〈0.05）,and the GCS scores in the HPO group after therapy were higher than the control,but the differences were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Combined hyperbaric oxygen with conventional therapy can promote the recovery of function of liver in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.
