弹力绷带固定静脉留置针技术在急诊科的应用效果

目的探讨弹力绷带固定留置针在急诊科病人静脉输液中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析我科静脉输液病人620例，其中用弹力绷带固定留置针病人322例（观察组），常规用透明敷帖固定和胶布外固定留置针病人298例（对照组）。比较两组液体渗出、针头滑脱、意外拔针次数，以及病人和家属对静脉输液的满意度。结果观察组液体渗出、针头滑脱和意外拔针次数显著少于对照组（x2=4．25～7．20，P〈0．05），病人和家属对静脉输液满意度明显好于对照组（X2=6．41，P〈0．05）。结论。弹力绷带包扎固定能明显减少液体渗出、针头滑脱和意外拔针次数，提高了静脉输液安全性，同时提高了病人及家属的满意度。

APPLYING ELASTIC BANDAGE FIXATION TO VENOUS INDWELLING NEEDLES IN EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT

Objective To assess the effect of elastic bandage fixation to indwelling needles in emergency department （ED） on patients undergoing intravenous infusion （IVI）. Methods A retrospective review was done in 620 patients received IVI in ED, an elastic bandage was used to fix the indwelling needles in 322 patients （observation group）, and a routinely-used transpar- ent dressing was applied to fixing the indwelling needle in another 298 patients （control group）. A comparison was conducted be- tween the two groups with regard to fluid effusion, needle slip, accidental withdrawal of needles, and patients~ and their families＇ satisfaction at IVI. Results The fluid effusion, needle slip, and accidental withdrawal of needles were less in the observation group than the control （X 2 = 4.25 -- 7.20, P〈0.05 ）, and more in the observation group expressed satisfaction at the IVI （X 2 = 6.41,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Elastic bandage fixation can significantly reduced fluid effusion, needle slip and accidental with- drawal of needles, which improves the safeness of intravenous transfusion and increase patients＇ and their families＇ satisfaction.
