病毒性脑炎病儿脑脊液中IL-2和IL-10变化及其临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨病毒性脑炎病儿脑脊液中白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和白细胞介素-10(IL-10)的变化及其临床意义。方法2012年7月2013年7月,选取我院临床诊断为急性病毒性脑炎病儿55例,以同期非中枢神经系统感染20例病儿作为对照组。应用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测病毒性脑炎病儿和对照组脑脊液中IL-2和IL-10的含量。结果病毒性脑炎病儿中脑脊液白细胞正常组IL-2和IL-10含量与白细胞增高组相比,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。病毒性脑炎轻症组和重症组脑脊液IL-2和IL-10含量均较对照组明显升高,重症组脑脊液IL-2含量高于轻症组,而IL-10含量低于轻症组(F=141.079、52.962,P〈0.05)。重症组脑脊液中IL-2/IL-10比值最高,轻症组次之,对照组最低(F=19.164,P<0.05)。结论主要由小胶质细胞分泌的IL-2和IL-10,参与了病毒性脑炎急性期的抗病毒和免疫病理损伤过程。脑脊液中IL-2/IL-10比值的高低有助于评估病毒性脑炎病情轻重。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes and their clinical significance of interieukin-2 (IL-2) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) in eerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in children with viral encephalitis (VE). Methods From July 2012 to July 2013, 55 chil- dren diagnosed as having VE in our hospital were enrolled in this study, and 20 children with non-central-nervous-system infection in the same period were served as control group. The IL-2 and IL-10 levels in CSF were detected in both groups using enzyme linked immunsorbent assay (ELISA). Results In the group of CSF with normal white blood cells, the differences of levels of IL-2 and IL-10 were not significant as compared with that with higher white blood cells (P〉0.05). The levels of IL-2 and IL-10 in CSF mild VE group and severe VE group were significantly higher than that in the control group, the level of IL-2 in the severe group was higher than the mild group,but that of IL-10 in severe group was lower than the mild group (F=141.079,52.962;P〈0.05). The ratio of IL-2 and IL-10 in CSF was highest in the severe group, followed by the mild group, and the lowest was seen in the control group (F=19.164,P〈0.05). Conclusion The IL-2 and IL-10 that are mainly produced by microglial cells involve in the process of antivirus and immunopathologenesis. The high and low of IL-2/IL-10 is conducive to predict the condition of viral encephalitis.
