恶性肿瘤患者病前生活事件的线性回归分析

目的：研究心理社会因素与恶性肿瘤发生的关系。方法：采用WHO-HHSR项目中的相关方法，如疾病状况调查方法、病前因素测验方法和健康功能评价方法对恶性肿瘤患者病前3年内发生的65项生活事件进行调查。结果：影响癌症发生的病前生活事件变量主要有：收入显著增减，小量借贷，夫妻感情破裂，家属亡故，配偶亡故，父母亡故，工作显著增加，升学就业受挫，子女结婚，性生活不适及重病外伤。统计学分析有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：恶性肿瘤是心理社会因素引起的躯体疾病。患者病前生活事件变量是产生恶性肿瘤的主要社会性应激源，病前负性情感因素是产生恶性肿瘤的主要心理性应激源。

Linear regression analysis of premorbid life events for patients with malignant tumor

Objective：To investigate the relations between the psychological and social factors and malig- nant tumor. Methods： The relative methods in WHO--HHSR project were used, such as the survey meth- od of disease condition, investigation method of etiological factors and evaluation method of healthy func- tions. A total of 65 life events within 3 years before identification of malignant tumors were investigated.Results. The main variables related with tumor development included obvious increase and decrease of income, petty loan, alienation of mutual affection, death of relatives, death of spouse, death of parents, obvious workload increase, frustration of education and employment, marriage of children, uncomfortable sexual life, and severe disease or trauma. Statistical analysis showed the difference was significant （P~ 0.05）. Conclusion. Malignant tumor may be a systemic disease caused by psychological and social factors. The variables of premorbid life events may be the main social stressors for the development of malignant tumors, and the premorbid negative affection may be the main psychological etiological factor causing malignant tumors.
