丹参滴丸对肾性高血压模型大鼠心功能的影响

将36只SD大鼠随机分为模型组、维拉帕米组、丹参滴丸组。分离双侧肾动脉并使用环扎缩窄术造成肾动脉狭窄，建立大鼠肾性高血压模型，于第8周以直接测压法测定各组大鼠在给药前及给药后0.5、1.0、2.0、4.0 h时左心室内压上升速率（dp/dtmax）、左心室内压力峰值（LVPP）下降百分率，平均动脉压（MAP）和脉压差（PP），观察丹参滴丸对肾性高血压大鼠心功能的影响。结果 丹参滴丸组在给药2.0、4.0 h时dp/dtmax、LVPP下降百分率明显增大，MAP则明显降低，与模型组比较，差异有显著意义（F=13.32～85.36，q=3.58～92.39,P〈0.05），PP则无明显变化。结论 丹参滴丸能有效增大肾性高血压模型大鼠dp/dtmax、LVPP下降百分率，其作用机制可能与其降低心肌收缩力影响心脏作功并降低MAP有关。

EFFECT OF DANSHEN DRIPPING PILLS ON HEART FUNCTION IN RAT MODELS OF RENAL HYPERTENSION

Objective To observe the effect of Danshen dripping pills （DDPs） on heart function in rat models with renal hypertension （RH）. Methods Thirty-six SD rats were evenly randomized to model group, Verapamil group and DDP group. Rat models of RH were created using encircling constriction of bilateral renal arteries to make renal artery stenosis. At week 8 after completion of the models, a direct manometric method was used to measure the upstroke velocity of left ventricular pressure, descended percentage of left intraventricular pressure peak （LVPP）, mean arterial pressure （MAP） and pulse pressure （PP） of the rats in each group （before and 0.5, 1.0, 2.0 and 4.0 h after giving DDPs） to observe the influence of DDPs on heart function of the rats. Results The descended percentage of left ventricular pressure and LVPP was dramatically increased in DDP group, and MAP markedly lowered, the differences were significant as compared with the model group （F=13.32-85.36,q=3.58-92.39,P〈0.05）, no obvious changes of PP were noted.
Conclusion Danshen dripping pills can effectively increase the descended percentage of left ventricular pressure and LVPP, the mechanism of action may be related with reduction of cardiac contractility, cardiac work and lowering MAP.
