高龄患者结直肠术后快速康复外科护理与传统护理的临床对照观察

目的：研究快速康复外科护理措施在高龄患者结直肠手术中的应用。方法：选取2010-01~2012-03年龄大于65岁、患有结直肠疾病、并行部分结肠或直肠切除的患者,采用信封抽签法随机分为2组,分别采用FTS护理措施及传统护理方法。比较2组术后首次排气、排便时间,并发症发生率,住院时间和住院总费用。结果：FTS组与对照组的首次排气和排便时间、并发症发生率、住院时间、住院总费用比较差别均有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论：FTS护理可以有效促进高龄患者结直肠术后胃肠道功能恢复,减少总并发症发生率,节省住院总费用。

Fast--track surgical nursing with traditional controlled clinical observation of elderly patients with colorectal surgery

Objective： To study the application of fast--track surgical （Fis） nursing in elderly patients with colorectal surgery. Methods： A total of 131 patients with colon or rectum resection, colorectal diseases,older than 65 years, from January 2010 to March 2010,have been randomly divided into 2 groups,group 63 cases, control group 68 cases. The purpose is to compare two groups with postoperative exhaust and defecation time, complication rates, length of hospital stay and total cost in hospital. Results. Two groups have statistical difference in the first exhaust and defecation time, complication rates, length of hospital stay, the length of the total cost. Conclusion. Fast- track surgical nursingc an effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after surgery for elderly patients with colorectal, reduce the incidence of total complications, save the total cost in hospital. Perioperative period is safe and effective in colorectal surgery, significantly lightening stress and improving recovery in patients after colorectal surgery.
