门静脉高压病人胃黏膜内生长激素释放肽的表达

目的 探讨门静脉高压（P HT）病人胃黏膜中生长激素释放肽（Ghr eli n）的表达。方法 采用免疫组化方法,检测39例乙型肝炎后肝硬化伴PHT病人（PHT组）及19例健康志愿者（对照组）胃黏膜Ghrelin的表达。结果 P HT组病人胃黏膜内Ghrelin的阳性表达率较对照组明显降低（V2=3.928,P〈0.05）。门静脉高压性胃病（P HG）组病人胃黏膜内Ghr eli n的阳性表达率与无P HG组比较差异无显著性（P〉0 0.5）。P HG重型组病人胃黏膜中Ghrelin的阳性表达率与P HG轻型组比较差异无显著性（P〉0 0.5）。结论 P HT病人胃黏膜中Ghrelin的分泌减少,推测Ghrelin有保护胃黏膜的作用。

EXPRESSION OF GHRELIN IN GASTRIC MUCOSA OF PATIENTS WITH PORTAL HYPERTENSION

Objective To investigate the expression of Ghrelin in gastric mucosa of patients with portal hypertension（PHT）. Methods Ghrelin in gastric mucosa in 39patients with PHT due to hepatitis B-related liver cirrhosis and 19health volunteers（normal controls）was detected by using immunohistochemical method. Results The expression of Ghrelin in gastric mucosa of the patients was lower than that of the normal controls（χ2=3.928,P0.05）.The difference of expression of Ghrelin between patients with portal hypertensive gastropathy（PHG）and those without was not significant（P0.05）,the same was noted in PHG patients between severe and mild type group（P0.05）. Conclusion The expression of Ghrelin in gastric mucosa of patients with PHG decreases,it is presumed that Ghrelin plays a protection of gastric mucosa.
